It was really nice to use an up to date piece of technology to scan instead of the clunky card scanners that look like they're from the 80's. Their system let us set up our own custom lead qualifiers right there at the show and there was no additional fee for this. We could add hand-written notes, schedule call-backs and even have lead sheets e-mailed directly to ourselves on particularly hot leads. The best part to me is that the scanner is compact and battery operated. I kept it in my pocket when I wasn't scanning.

This is a very elegant, clean solution. It worked very well. We created our own lead qualification system right there at the show. No cables, no printouts, no booth clutter. This works much, much better than a mag card system because it reads perfectly every time. We got our leads the day after the show, popped them into our CRM system and were off and running!

We really enjoyed using the 1stSales lead retrieval system. The scanners are slim and can be put in a pocket or hung around your neck, no docking stations or anything. What you get is a set of customizable bar codes for followup, so if you talk to someone, you scan their badge then all the bar codes that apply to that lead.
